What do you think was the biggest turning point in your life?
My Christian rebirth with the peace it has brought to my life.
What are you most grateful for?
I’m most grateful for life, family and friends.
What was your greatest accomplishment?
My two children, my working life and then because of changed circumstances being free to devote as much time as I wanted to my brother before his passing.
What is your most treasured memory?
Treasured memories are times spent with family at the family (mum and dads) home.
What do you value most in a friendship?
I value friends company and being there for each other.

Tell me your story:
I’m a mother of 2 (31 & 35 years) and a grandmother of 4 beautiful grandchildren. I’ve been in remission for 18 months. I used to dye my hair but went bald from the treatment. When my hair grew back I decided to leave it naturally grey.
I had a portrait done when I was 16 and now, 47 years later, I thought it would be nice for me as part of a varied journey to spoil myself. I wanted some pictures at this time in my life.
What did you think of your day at the studio?
I lived the experience with the pampering of hair, makeup and the fun experience of dressing in my different outfits and posing for shots. I was extremely happy with the results. The photos are natural to show me ageing whilst soft enough also to cover some flaws.

I knew there was something very special the first time I spoke to Chris on the phone.
Chris is such a special lady, strong yet gentle. She has experienced enough of life to know the true value of everyone and everything around her. I can imagine that her family and friends also know how very lucky and blessed they are to shares their lives with her.
Chris brought her friend with her to her viewing session and it was great watching their reactions as each image was shown. Chris was excited and her friend was excited for her. They talked about coming back for a ‘Girls Day Out’ session together.
