We have recently photographed our 50th participant for The '50 Fabulous Women' Project. We will soon go into production for a coffee table book of the same name featuring each of these amazing women where they share their stories.

These are women like you and me; not celebrities, nor famous, but the woman next door, so to speak. They have freely shared stories of their struggles with health issues, how they have loved, supported and, in some cases, lost family or friends. You will be inspired by their courage and strength. Tears have been shed. 

Why Should I Print My Photos? A word on The Digital Dark Age

Want to make sure a photograph survives your lifetime? Print it out. That’s the warning Internet pioneer Vint Cerf gave at a talk recently, saying that vast amounts of digital information may soon be lost in a new digital 'dark age'.

He warned that a another ‘dark age’ may be looming on the horizon due to the fact that so much of our data is kept in digital formats.

What do others love about you?

You know that when you look at someone’s profile shot you know INSTANTLY a whole heap of things about them. How? How do you know so much?

I don’t want to go into the whole ’a picture is worth a thousand words’ thing, but think of it this way…. 

It makes me feel sad. “I nearly didn’t come”…yet she did come. She came in to the studio dreading what was to come.
